Your Device ID is a unique identifier derived from your Samsung TV's hardware (format: TP-XXXXXXXX). It is generated automatically the first time you open tivipal and is permanently tied to your physical TV. You can find it in the app's Settings screen, or by scanning the QR code shown at startup. It looks like TP-1A2B3C4D.
No — tivipal is a player, not a content provider. You bring your own IPTV subscription (M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials) from any IPTV provider of your choice. tivipal never hosts, stores, or transmits any media content.
tivipal supports both M3U / M3U8 URLs and Xtream Codes API (server URL + username + password). You can store multiple playlists and switch between them at any time.
It's a one-time payment of £5.99 for lifetime access. No recurring charges, no subscription. All future updates are included for free on your registered device.
tivipal runs on all Samsung Smart TVs powered by Tizen OS (Tizen 5 and above). This covers most Samsung Smart TV models from 2018 onwards. If your TV has the Samsung app store, it will run tivipal.
We offer a 7-day refund if tivipal doesn't work on your device. Contact us at [email protected] with your Device ID and order reference within 7 days of purchase.
Your playlist credentials are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and are only accessible by your registered Device ID. We never share your data with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing us with your Device ID.
